Jim joined Meagher Realty after receiving his Bachelor's of Science degree from UCLA in 1987. He has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1992. Jim is an active member of the Pacific West Association of Realtors (PWR), Southern California Multiple Listing Service (SoCalMLS), Real Estate Investment Association of Orange County (RIAOC), and the California Association of Realtors (CAR).

Tim is also a licensed Notary.
